In five days, participants learn about sustainable living, dealing with crises, personal boundaries as well as communication and social participation – with a focus on physical and mental health.

The participants develop a deep understanding of sustainability and environmental awareness through active engagement with global challenges. Personal responsibility, self-organisation and commitment to climate protection are the focus.

In this hands-on seminar, prospective tutors try out basic methods of group work and reflect on their own role as a leader.

Playfully and actively, the children discover the importance of nature and learn to act in an environmentally conscious way and to take on responsibility together. In an age-appropriate way, they engage with climate change and future topics and strengthen their social skills.

In experience-oriented group activities, pupils strengthen their self-confidence, reflect on their role in the community and learn to resolve conflicts constructively. Togetherness is the focus – for a respectful, strong and social class climate.

The young people discover their career interests and potential in a hands-on way, reflect on their experiences and strengthen their confidence for choosing a career.

Committed pupils strengthen their role in the student council, learn to take on responsibility and implement projects effectively. Through training in moderation, organisation and teamwork, they actively help shape a lively, participatory school culture.

In varied exercises, pupils discover their personal competencies for the future. They gain valuable experience in working with others and develop confidence for their further career path.
