IDEAL CONDITIONS FOR ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION
The former Gasthaus Kamm has been used as an Environmental Education Centre since 2020 and offers excellent conditions for the educational work of the environmental station.
The seminar rooms of the Environmental Education Centre are perfectly tailored to the topics and methods of environmental education. They offer ample space for the environmental station’s seminar and workshop groups.
The Environmental Education Centre can also be used for various events and conferences.
On the second floor of the Environmental Education Centre, two new and comfortable rooms have also been created with the Trenck and Kathi suites.
CITIZENS' MEETING POINT AT THE BÖHMERTOR
The Environmental Education Centre is regularly used for public events such as small concerts, readings and the like. The events are organised, among others, by the town of Waldmünchen and the Waldmünchen multi-generation house.
In addition, regular hosts’ evenings with various highlights such as bands take place in the „Dirrmaler Wirt“ lounge in autumn and winter.
The hosts’ evenings are run by the „Dirrmaler Wirte“ of the support association (Förderkreis) of the youth education centre.
