The Borderland and Trenck Museum in Waldmünchen offers insights across three floors into ‘life on the border’ and the story of ‘Trenck der Pandur’, who besieged the town during the War of the Austrian Succession. The exhibition is designed scenically and uses life-size photos, sound and film sequences and lighting effects to offer visitors a vivid experience.
