UNSERE MOTIVATION
The Waldmünchen Youth Education Center sees itself as a place for personal development, values education, and social skills. Children and young people are encouraged to discover new perspectives. Complementing home and school, we offer guidance, participation, and space for individual growth. Our educational programs support young people in discovering and developing their strengths.
Children and young people, with their individual needs, interests, and life experiences, are our focus. We provide them with personalized support, empower them through positive feedback, and create safe spaces for learning, interaction, and personal development. Learning takes place through experience and experimentation – using diverse methods such as Theme-Centered Interaction (TCI), adapted to the specific target group. The young people are actively involved in the design process, and their feedback is incorporated into the planning. Our approach is characterized by openness, patience, and genuine interest.
OUR RANGE
We offer a wide range of educational programs for children, teenagers, and young adults. Our participants are at the heart of our pedagogical approach. We provide them with personal support, empower them through positive feedback, and create spaces where life and learning are intertwined.
The core of our work consists of multi-day educational programs based on the principle of experiential learning. Living and learning together in a group creates intensive learning processes that go far beyond the mere transfer of knowledge.
We also offer training courses for youth leaders, educational staff and other multipliers.
